This policy explains how MJAK LLC, doing business as PouchPicks ("PouchPicks," "we," "us"), handles information collected through pouchpicks.com. It applies to visitors, account holders, and anyone who places an order.

• Order & account information — name, email, phone, and shipping/billing address when you check out or create an account.
• Order history & preferences — past purchases, favorites, recently viewed products, and Auto-Refill subscription settings, used to power those features.
• Age-verification data — confirmation that you meet the 21+ age requirement, and (once in place) any information required by a third-party age-verification service or an adult signature captured at delivery.
• Device & browser storage — we use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, favorites, comparison list, and age-gate confirmation.
• Analytics — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and improve the shopping experience. It only loads after you accept our cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics script runs and no analytics data is collected. We don't currently run advertising trackers.
• Communications — anything you send us via email or a form, like a support request or a back-in-stock notification signup.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to send order/shipping confirmations
• To operate account features — order history, favorites, loyalty points, Auto-Refill
• To verify that you meet the legal age requirement to purchase nicotine products

• To send marketing communications you've opted into, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to nicotine retailers, including reporting required by state and federal law

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run the store:

• Our e-commerce platform and hosting providers, who process orders and store account data on our behalf
• Payment processors, solely to process your transaction
• Google Analytics, if you accept cookies, solely to understand site traffic — see "Analytics" above
• Age-verification and identity providers, once integrated, solely to confirm eligibility to purchase
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and, where required, confirm an adult signature
• State and federal regulators, as required by nicotine-sales reporting laws such as the PACT Act — this is a legal obligation for retailers in this category, not something we can opt out of

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act — contact us to exercise any of these.

PouchPicks is restricted to adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we'll delete any such information if we become aware of it.

We may update this policy as our practices change — for example, once a payment gateway, age-verification vendor, or analytics tool goes live, since each of those changes what we collect and share. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
