Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We ship via major national carriers. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, and orders over $40 ship free. Exact carrier options and delivery windows will be confirmed here once finalized.

Nicotine products are age-restricted, so many shipments require an adult signature on delivery. If your order requires one, someone 21 or older must be present at the delivery address, show a valid government-issued ID confirming their age, and sign for the package.

The carrier will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If no one 21+ is available to sign, the package is returned to us, and reshipping it may carry an additional shipping charge.

We currently ship within the United States only. Nicotine pouch sales are restricted or prohibited in some states and localities, and that eligibility can change as laws do — addresses in a restricted area won't be able to complete checkout. We're finalizing the full list of states we can legally ship to; this section will be updated once that's locked in.
